How to Edit an Assignment in AppSecEngineer Learning Platform

Editing an Assignment

Follow these steps to edit an existing assignment:

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard:

    • Navigate to the Admin section using the sidebar menu
  2. Access the Course Assignments Page:

    • Click on Course Assignments under the Admin menu.

  3. Select the User's Assignment:

    • Locate the user whose assignment you want to edit.
    • Click on the user's name to view their assignments.
  4. Edit Assignment Details:

    • Select the assignment and click Edit.

    • Update the Start Date and End Date for the assignment as needed.
    • Click Next to proceed.

  5. Choose Courses:

    • Review the courses assigned to the user.
    • Add or remove courses as required.
  6. Submit the Changes:

    • Review all updates for accuracy.
    • Click Submit to finalize and save the edited assignment.

  • Communicate Changes: Notify users promptly about updates to their assignments, especially changes in deadlines.
  • Track Progress: Use assignment reports to monitor user performance after edits and ensure objectives are met.
