Getting a Certificate for a Completed Learning Journey

Follow these steps to receive your certificate after completing a learning journey:

  1. Complete All Courses in the Learning Journey:

    • Ensure you’ve completed all the courses and activities in the learning journey.
    • Only after completing the entire journey will you be eligible for a certificate.

  2. Navigate to the Learning Journey Details:

    • After finishing the journey, go to the Side Panel or the course page where the journey is listed.

  3. Click "Get Certificate":

    • On the right panel below the journey details, you’ll see the Get Certificate button.
    • Click on this button to request your certificate.

  4. Download Your Certificate:

    • Once you click "Get Certificate," your certificate will be generated and available for download.
    • You can save or print the certificate for your records.

Important Notes

  • Eligibility: You must complete the entire learning journey before you can claim a certificate.
  • Certificate Availability: The certificate will only be issued once all courses and tasks are finished.
