How to access and view report for specific user in AppSecEngineer Learning Platform

Reports at the User level

Accessing User-Level Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports:

    • Go to the left sidebar and click on Admin > Reports.

  2. Select Report Type:

    • Choose Users to access user-specific reports.

Key Features of User-Level Reports

1. Leaderboard

  • Displays a ranked list of users based on their activity and performance.

2. User’s Daily Activity and Heatmap

  • Click on Detailed View for any user.

  • View the Daily Activity Heatmap, which visually represents the user’s engagement levels over time.

3. User’s Courses

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to see the list of courses associated with the user.

4. User’s Active and Completed Courses

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to access the course list.

  • Use the toggle at the top of the course section:

    • Toggle Left: View active courses.

    • Toggle Right: View completed courses.

5. User’s Skill Improvements

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to see the user’s improved skills.

6. User’s Assignments

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to view all assignments associated with the user.

  • Active Assignments:

    • Toggle left to see active assignments.

  • Completed Assignments:

    • Toggle right to see completed assignments.

7. User’s Most Recent Activity

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to find a summary of the user’s most recent actions on the platform.

Exporting User-Level Reports

To download a user’s complete detailed report:

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Admin > Reports.

  2. Select Report Type and choose Users.

  3. Find the specific user in the list and click on Detailed View.

  4. Click on the CSV button in the top-right corner to download the user’s full report.

Tips for Using User-Level Reports

  • Use the Leaderboard to identify top performers and encourage team engagement.

  • Monitor Daily Activity to track consistent learners and identify inactive users.

  • Leverage insights on Skill Improvements to align training with organizational goals.

  • Export detailed reports regularly for compliance and audit purposes.
