Using the Organization Dashboard
Follow these steps to navigate and utilize the Organization Dashboard:
Log in to the Admin Dashboard:
- Navigate to the Admin section using the sidebar menu.
Access the Organization Dashboard:
- Click on Organization under the Admin menu to access the main dashboard overview for your organization.
Course Minutes Report:
- View the Course Minutes Report graph to track the total course minutes used across your organization.
- The graph provides two time frames:
- Weekly: Displays the total course minutes consumed each week.
- Monthly: Displays the total course minutes consumed each month.

About Section:
- This section provides key organizational details, including:
- Company Name: The name of your organization.
- Subscription Start Date: The start date of your current subscription.
- Subscription End Date: The end date of your current subscription.
- Total Users: The total number of users assigned to your organization.
- Users Registered: The number of users who have successfully registered in your system.
- Remaining Users: The number of available user slots left in your organization’s subscription.
Learning Path Reports:
- The Learning Path Reports graph shows the progression of users across different learning paths within the organization.
- It provides insights into how users are progressing through assigned learning paths, helping you to track engagement and completion rates.
Tips for Using the Organization Dashboard
- Monitor Engagement: Use the Course Minutes Report graph to track user engagement with training materials, ensuring that users are completing their courses.
- Keep Track of Users: Regularly review the Total Users, Users Registered, and Remaining Users to stay updated on your user capacity and any available slots.
- Analyze Learning Progress: Use the Learning Path Reports to assess how effectively your team is progressing through the learning paths and identify areas that may need additional support.
